Description
The aim of the lecture is to raise awareness about the relevance of cybersecurity in the context of Industry 4.0 and to get a glimpse of the most common threats and vulnerabilities in industrial control systems as well as the countermeasures available to mitigate risks.
Objectives
- Awareness of cybersecurity risks in industrial control systems and critical infrastructures
- Overview of the features of industrial control systems in contrast to traditional information systems
- Overview of threats, vulnerabilities and countermeasures in industrial control systems
