On Tuesday, October 8th at 5PM, the 1st SMASHing workshop will host a public panel debate centered on the impact of artificial inteligence on science and society.
The discussion will be held in English and will be followed by a gala event in the Lanthieri courtyard. Registrations for this event will be opened in September.
Confirmed panelists of the public debate include:

- Prof. Dr. Uros Seljak (cosmologist, UC Berkeley)
- Prof. Dr. Tanja Samardžić (linguist, Un. of Zurich)
