Cancellation terms
If a participant decides to cancel his attendance at the Conference, the notification letter supplemented with the request for the reimbursement of the registration fee should be sent by e-mail (see Contacts). Please note that no refund will be available if you have not properly informed the organizers about your cancellation plan.
Cancellation before 29.04.2022: Registration Fees will be completely refunded, except bank charges of 10%.
Cancellation 27.05.2022: 70% of Registration Fees will be refunded, except bank charges of 10%.
Cancellation after 10.06.2022: no registration refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.
All the refunds will be paid only after the end of the Conference.
Important notes
A registration is valid and confirmed only when the payment of the registration fee is received. We reserve the right to cancel or alter the program. In case of vis major/force majeure or of any other unpredictable event for which the organizer cannot be held responsible, an administrative fee of 50 € will be deducted from the refundable amount.
